Melissa Garcia is a member of the Mystery Writers of America and Sisters in Crime. She graduated from California State University in Long Beach with a bachelor’s degree in English/literature. Garcia also writes short stories and children’s picture books. She currently lives with her husband in Southern California and is working on her next mystery novel due out in 2009.
